How your data is handled Files stay in this browser
- Your file is not uploaded. The checks run on this computer, in this browser tab. This site never receives the file.
- What is saved on this computer: your review notes and feedback, your limits, and the results of your last few files (the “Past files” list). Nothing is saved on a server. Use “Clear” in the sidebar to remove past files.
- No accounts, no tracking. This version has no sign-in and no analytics.
- Before you test with a real ledger, check your employer’s data policy. If you are unsure, remove names and loan IDs first, or use an anonymized export.
- Not certified. This is a review tool built for a student hackathon. It has no security certification.
Review settings Standard limits
Each bank can set its own policy. A day total is flagged only when it is far from a normal day on both tests and passes the floor. Change a limit and the whole check runs again in your browser.
Lower finds smaller days. Standard: 4.
A gap this big always counts. Standard: 10.
A gap this big also counts, even under the percent floor. Standard: off.
Day gaps at this size are “check first”. Standard: 25.
The daily total check only reads lines whose description starts with this text. Match it to your ledger.
Duplicates at or above this are “check next”. Standard: 1,000.
